The daily loop
How the pieces fit together: generate, schedule, post, and find it all again later.
2 minute read
The product is built around one habit. It is worth ten minutes to understand because everything else follows from it.
1. Generate
Open a listing. The panel on the right shows the marketing kit for that property: descriptions, captions, emails, flyers, postcards, graphics, ads, a reel. Anything already made shows a tick. Anything not made yet shows a Generate link.
You do not need all of it. Most listings go out with a description, a caption set, a graphic set and a flyer.
2. Schedule
Anything you have made can be dropped onto a date in the calendar. This is the part that keeps a feed running without you thinking about it daily. An afternoon of generating covers two weeks of posting.
3. Post
Whatever is scheduled for today appears on your dashboard when you open it. Download it, post it, mark it posted. The dashboard tells you when you have nothing lined up for the next few days, which is the only nagging the product does.
4. Find it again
Everything you have ever generated is in the library, grouped by day. You can download a single run, tick a few and take them as one zip, or grab everything you made today in a single file.
Nothing is thrown away. Re-downloading something from three months ago costs nothing and does not count against your plan.
Try it on one of your listings.
